Bought, Borrowed & Bagged [209]: Ben-Hur

BB&B (Bought, Borrowed and Bagged) is a weekly meme, inspired my The Story Siren and Pop Culture Junkie, where we share with you the books that we have bought, borrowed or bagged (won or gifted) plus a recap of the previous week's reviews, upcoming reviews, on going events and book movie or television news.

BB&B is an homage Barron's Books & Baubles from Karen Marie Moning's smash hit series, Fever.

Bought, Borrowed, & Bagged

Big & Small

This movie totally fell under my radar. I wasn't a big fan of the original starring Charlton Heston (1959) but I'm totally looking forward to this. The cast is intriguing and the producers behind the film have made great action-adventure movies like this.

  4. I haven't heard of any of those books but Dear Amy looks really intriguing. I'll definitely go check out the GR page! The trailer for Ben Hur also looks really good. It's not really my type of movie but I love books with that kind of plot so maybe I just need to broaden my tastes in films? :D

  9. oh wow I had no idea about the new Ben Hur movie. I actually liked the one they did in the 70's, but I grew up watching that one, so its one of those comfort movies for me. :) What a great book loot here. I really need to pick Kim Harrison soon. Hope you enjoy these and happy sunday.
