Bought, Borrowed, & Bagged [196]: Kingsman, Game of Thrones, & Penny Dreadful

BB&B (Bought, Borrowed and Bagged) is a weekly meme, inspired my The Story Siren and Pop Culture Junkie, where we share with you the books that we have bought, borrowed or bagged (won or gifted) plus a recap of the previous week's reviews, upcoming reviews, on going events and book movie or television news.

BB&B is an homage Barron's Books & Baubles from Karen Marie Moning's smash hit series, Fever.

Bought, Borrowed, & Bagged

ICYMI, I was busy chasing change last week that's why I was MIA. On that note, we have huge community yard sale this weekend too, it started yesterday, and surprisingly, my shiznit did well. So I'll be holed up in the garage, making dollar deals and hopefully my sale will even be better later today.
This edition of BB&B covers two weeks so it's a few lines longer than usual.

Big & Small
  • First Kingsman: The Golden Circle- Excited for this! The first movie was surprisingly very, very good! Also, I'm happy to learn that the people behind the movie are coming up with a convincing storyline to bring Colin Firth back. He died in the first movie.
  • Game of Thrones S1- HBO shared the episode blurb for S6E1 titled The Red Woman "Jon Snow is dead. Daenerys meets a strong man. Cersei sees her daughter again.” Jon Snow is NOT dead!!
  • Penny Dreadful- Damn it! This trailer!?!?!

Recap

Bought, Borrowed & Bagged is a laid-back meme, please use your LABEL OR TAG LINKS and not your post links that way you don't have to update your linky every week.

  3. Good luck at your garage sale. I hope you make lots of mullah. I haven't watched Penny Dreadful yet. I don't have Starz or Showtime or whatever it is on. I got the DVD from the library, but I wasn't feeling good and didn't watch it before I had to return it. I'm excited for Game of Thrones too. I hope you have a great weekend.

  20. Thanks everyone! Sorry I can't reply individually, I'm in such a blah mood, I think it's exhaustion. I was basically swining it out today, stayed in my PJ's, alternated between deep couch sitting and laying in bed, and did just enough cardio to go to and from the kitchen.

Saturday wasn't as good as Friday. It was so frickin' cold here this weekend which didn't help drive people to us. I made some but not what I was expecting. Still happy to get rid of some stuff.

    Happy week everyone!

    1. It's Eva Green! She makes it uglier, and prettier, and more horrific... everything better! Damn, I'd drown in the lady pond for that girl!!!

  22. I REFUSE to believe that Jon Snow and his beautiful hair are dead! No idea what's in store for this season; I'm kind of annoyed that the show has caught up to the books, lol!

  23. I still have to watch season 5 of GOT. I'm waiting to see if Jon is really dead before I invest in it. I hate it when they kill of my favorite character!
    Thanks for stopping by.

    1. Oh yeah, you don't want to carry unnecessary things with you when you can get new stuff. I hope you sell a lot so you can get new shiny pretty things for your new place :)
