Bought, Borrowed & Bagged #124 + Bye Bye, Melissa :(

BB&B (Bought, Borrowed and Bagged) is a weekly meme, inspired my The Story Siren and Pop Culture Junkie, where we share with you the books that we have bought, borrowed or bagged (won or gifted) plus a recap of the previous week's reviews, upcoming reviews, on going events and book movie or television news.

BB&B is an homage Barron's Books & Baubles from Karen Marie Moning's smash hit series, Fever.

Bought
Took advantage of some pretty cool Halloween deals this week. These range from $1.99-$2.99!

Happy Trails, Melissa!

A few months ago I went about looking for co-bloggers and Melissa of Must Read Faster was the first one to respond. Aside from being a fan of her review writing style, I liked her enthusiasm. Unfortunately she said goodbye to me the other day because of a few things that are going on in her life mostly personal.

I'd like to take this time to THANK YOU, Melissa, for lending me a hand and I'm glad I got to meet and work with you even for a short time. I hope moonlighting in Talk Supe was at an okay experience for you. Good luck with NaNoWrimo and I wish you much success in your other endeavors. The door is always open for you in case you want to drop in once in a while.

  12. Oh man, those are good choices that you bought on deals. I already went a little mad a few days ago with the ARe 50% off rebates so I'll refrain from clicking on your book deals.

Best wishes, Melissa! Hope things go well for you.

  13. I loved, loved The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer, Braine! It's definitely a mind fluck! You'll like it, I think. Congrats on picking up all those books at such a steal!

By the way, I still haven't finished Consequences - but only because I had to stop to read some things for tours. I'm loving it. Truly. Yeah, it might be a little clunky in spots but I'm constantly on edge. I just *know* something is going to happen! ;) So yeah, I love it! *haha*
