In love with Vincent and trying to move on with her life, Sydney Hart is visited by an old friend. When this friend suddenly goes missing, Sydney finds herself in a desperate race against time, not only to save her friend’s life, but also her relationship with Vincent.

With Michael wanting to spend more time with her in order to rekindle their relationship, Sydney’s life and emotions become ever more complex.

Trying to stay focused on the hunt for her missing friend, Sydney has to figure out who is telling her the truth; but most importantly, who is Mr. Yellow?

Could I really share my life with someone only I could hear, see, and touch?
Just when I thought Sydney Hart's story is done, Tim pulls something out of his magical top-hat and once again proves that his storylines are as infinite as time. YELLOW, the sequel to Witch, is just as sexy, graphic and creepy as its predecessor. Seriously, my skin crawled over some of the scenes that Tim wrote from Sydney's all-too-real nightmares and all the dead bodies and his nutjob  villain *shivers*.

Following the events in Witch, Sydney is still suspended from the police force and in the meantime, she's shacking it up with with her boyfriend Vincent. For a minute there I thought YELLOW would alternate between Sydney's romantic life and patching up her relationship with her estranged Dad. So stupid of me to believe that Tim would actually turn mush on me. YELLOW is more romantic than Witch but it won't be a Tim O'Rourke novel without some bloody murders going on in the background. So my heart was pumping from Sydney and Vincent's bedroom gymnastics and Sydney's unofficial missing persons investigation.

YELLOW is a great combination of a suspense thriller/paranormal, a great amalgam of his Kiera Hudson and Black Hill Farm series. Tim is real good with police procedural stories and that skill was once again was greatly demonstrated in his Sydney Hart series. Not only that, Tim doesn't hesitate in bringing to the table creepy and mentally disturbing visuals to enhance the story. I felt goosebumps over the villain's penchant for rats and how he lives on dog food. No wonder the villain is a crazy mofo.

Now I wonder what's the next book will be like but I'm even more curious on how Sydney and Vincent are going to sort out their "weird" paranormal relationship. The premise that Tim put in place makes it close to impossible for these two to be together not unless Sydney meets a tragic ending then maybe they can have their HEA... but that also means the series will be concluded... hmmm... with Tim, the possibilities are endless that's why each and every one of his book is a must read. If you haven't tried any of his novels, YOU MUST! You'll get hooked!

Working away in the dead of night, Tim O'Rourke has written 14 novels, 9 of which have been number 1 bestsellers on Amazon and all have reached Top 10 positions on various Amazon book charts. His most recent book 'Cowgirls & Vampires' is now available to download from amazon.com and amazon.co.uk

His bestselling book, 'Vampire Shift' Kiera Hudson Series One, has spent more than 15 weeks at number 1 on the Amazon.co.uk Children's Horror Chart.

Tim's interests other than writing, include watching South Park, Vampire Diaries, True Blood and listening to Pitbull, LMFAO, Jennifer Lopez, David Guetta, Bruno Mars, Rihanna and Adele.

  2. I haven't read any of his books and it's been so long since I've read an adult suspense. This series sounds intense and I can't resist a good villain.
