Hailey Anderson's deep, dark secret? She's been madly in lust with her overprotective brother's two best friends for years. Gorgeous woodworking artist Mark Allen and sexy doctor Tony Adamo have no idea they star in her fantasies every night.

After a nasty breakup with her abusive boyfriend, Hailey's looking for a little distance. Headed for a two-week Hawaiian vacation with her brother and his hot friends, Hailey can't wait to feast her eyes on Mark's and Tony's rock-hard, ocean-slick bodies. Even if she can't touch.

But instead of treating her like their little sister, Mark and Tony have a surprising proposition: a monogamous ménage à trois. The three of them—and no one else. Both men want Hailey and have agreed to share her. The red-hot reality is even better than the forbidden fantasy. Until Hailey's ex threatens their newfound happiness.

Due to the strong sexual content of the story, cover art and book synopsis, this book and the corresponding review is recommended for readers 18 and up.
I don't know why but I found SHARING HAILEY by Samantha Ann King funny, the humor was predominant than the steam factor as far as my experience is concerned. I'm not sure if it's the ridiculous scenarios or the complacency of some of the characters that humored me but nonetheless SAKing did the job because I ended up enjoying her story.

The plot: Outside the explicit sex, SHARING HAILEY's plot has some merit to it. Hailey was in an abusive relationship with Daniel whom she broke up with weeks before her life-changing Hawaii trip putting her on the rebound. This domestic abuse is the core of the story, how Hailey tried to get away from it, protecting her loved ones from being harassed, isolating herself and the entire ordeal in getting past that chapter in her life was realistic enough. I was with her when Daniel was terrorizing her family, friends and even messing up her house and car, the paranoia and desperate pleas for escape was relatable.
Both of them? You're dating both of them... at the same time? What kind of fucking friendship is that? - Jake
The characters: I feel like the characters are mismatched, found some of them unauthentic and in the greater scheme of things a little inconsistent. The most convincing is Jake, Hailey's brother, he was the only one who freaked out and questioned the whole set up. The rest are very supportive even Tony's mother! Not to sound uptight but the normal reaction one would give over this situation is skepticism and protectiveness, one has to ask and ponder how in the world this sharing is going to work especially if one of the participants is close to you, right?

The relationship: I believe it's the abusive and unsatisfying relationship with Daniel that pushed Hailey to pursue this polyamorous romance she has with her older brother's bestfriends, Mark Allen and Tony Adamo, tall, handsome, athletic dudes who READ! At first I was unconvinced and I was half expecting that Hailey will be forced to choose between Mark and Tony but SAKing hinted at some bisexual undertones which justifies why the romances worked out fine.
When we're done with you, you'll feel so good you won't give a damn.
The sex: Obviously the descriptions are explicit and for what its worth, it's your usual garden-variety threesome, no toys, beatings or even mild spanking in sight, just some double stuffing to complete the circle. It's pure seduction and unbridled lust for these three, really taking the word SHARE to heart. Mark is the rougher one compared to Tony and it works well in terms of contrasting light and dark and although they are very sweet and considerate I cringe at their chosen nicknames for Hailey that being babe and sunshine, not a fan. Hailey, using her own word, is slutty. This girl is all for it without any inhibitions, eager to experiment and experience everything this relationship has to offer her which completes this cornucopia of lust and desire. There are times where I envy her because how lucky is this chick to have won the boyfriend lottery twice!?

Like I said I was laughing for the most part and I liked the plot because it's solid enough and not a mere convenience to justify Tony, Mark and Hailey's relationship. So if you're into some light but straightforward erotica, SHARING HAILEY by Samantha Ann King might be the right story for you.
